ORDERING POLICY:

All SHAY jewelry is made to order and will take 4-6 weeks to ship. Orders will not be produced until full payment is made. For rush orders at an additional fee, please contact us directly at info@shayfinejewelry.com or 310-962-4422. 

We are thrilled that you chose SHAY for your fine jewelry purchase. If any unforeseen issues arise with your order, we will contact you directly for resolution. 

Any items you see on the official SHAY social media channels are available for purchase. If you can’t find something on our website, please contact us at info@shayfinejewelry.com. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES: 

All sales are final due to the handmade nature of our jewelry. In certain cases, pieces may be exchanged at SHAY’s discretion within 10 days of purchase. Please contact us directly to discuss your order. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges. 

Personalized items are always final sale. 
 
REPAIRS: 

All SHAY jewelry is guaranteed on defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from delivery. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty. 
 
Should you require a repair, please contact us at info@shayfinejewelry.com with the item in need of repair, what repair is needed, details from the original sales invoice, and your contact information. SHAY will assess whether the repair is approved on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion depending on the nature of the repair. 

SHIPPING, TAXES AND DUTIES:

All shipping rates are calculated through FedEx and all packages are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise. 

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
